Many teams deliver what is required despite themselves. If you regularly rely on one or
two people in a team to heroically deliver what you need its both unfair and
unsustainable. Teams of people that communicate well and use each other's skills deliver
more, and have higher levels of trust and commitment.
Understanding the mood of your team members and demonstrating the right teaming and
leadership behaviours will naturally lead to higher performance teams in which the whole
is greater than the sum of its individual parts.

Our team development days help focus the mind of team members on the overall goals for
the team and on how they can contribute most effectively to reaching them. To help
communications, we use Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) to help things along.
MBTI is a fantastic tool for team development, especially if all the team feel able to
share their results. It helps everyone understand exactly how they might interact more
effectively, and can stronger links across teams.
To help understanding, we use Systems Thinking techniques so your team gains a clearer
understanding of how the team works, and how they can make things more efficient not just
for themselves but for others.
