Training and Business Coaching
How you will benefit
Leadership training
We train in a number of ways, though predominantly we offer on-sire training for groups
of people. Our training courses use eLearning modules as both pre-course work and post-course revision.
Our eLearning modules cover all the areas our training does, but focuses on providing the base
information that all attendees need. Each lasts 5-10 minutes and by doing them before the course,
attendees benefits in three ways:
- First, we spend less time on the course going through theory and spend more time on practice.
- Second, you come to the course prepared and armed with relevant questions.
- Third, you have a resource you can return to once the course is completed on your desktop, not on a shelf somewhere.
Training programmes can also incorporate business coaching if that is appropriate
Business Coaching
Business coaching is normally conducted one-to-one, although group coaching also works with small groups.
Business coaching focuses more on goals and objectives rather than knowledge, although
"learning" typically takes place in any coaching session. However, rather than coming from the coach,
the learning is discovered by the person being coached.
Our coaching is based on understanding your business and personal drivers.
We identify objectives and help you develop workable solutions that will stretch and develop you on the way.
It is especially useful for those entering a new leadership role or in times of organisational
change.
Oxygenic Partnership can run and provide feedback using the Myers Briggs MBTI®
tool and integrates the power and techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in all
its coaching programmes.
