About us

Oxygenic Partnership delivers management training and leadership training programmes and provides business coaching to people who want to improve their own and their team's performance. We use workshops and one-to-one sessions as necessary to make step-changes in the performance of our clients, using a range of techniques and tools.

Based in Yorkshire in the North East of the UK, our team building, leadership development, management training and business coaching takes place throughout the UK

Oxygenic Partnership Limited was formed by Andrew Clayson in 2007. After completing an MBA, Andrew worked in a range of small business and large business and has focused on people development. He was a Director and member of the Executive Board at Sage (UK) Ltd, a leading provider of business management software in the UK, and worked across its divisions with the Human Resources leading:

Transformational leadership and leadership development courses
Leadership development and business coaching
The creation of a company-wide innovation system.

Andrew is a qualified administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), is an NLP Practitioner and an Associate Member of Association for Coaching.
